Whether you are exploring historic Christianity or looking for a church home, you are warmly invited to join us this Sunday. We exist to glorify the God of all grace, to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ, and to be sent by the Holy Spirit as witnesses and ambassadors of God’s glorious Kingdom. Come and be a part of a growing, worshiping and serving community of faith.
Christianity and the Arts
What is art? Is it purely a matter of taste, or are there some objective elements? What biblical principles can be applied to evaluating, appreciating, understanding, and engaging in it? Why should you care about art as a believer? Come and explore this topic together with us.
Judges (Part 1)
For winter 2020 we begin a series in Judges. We will be looking at Judges 1-9. Judges warns about the destructive and depressing downward spiral of sin. God does not stand idly by while his people debase themselves in sin. He chastens them by giving them what they want. But Judges also highlights hope in God’s gracious compassion. When his people cry out, he is still listening. Though they forget him, he does not forgot them. Even though they do not deserve it, he delivers them from their slavery and misery.
The Christian Education schedule will be as normal through December 22. There will be no Christian Education Sunday, December 29th. The worship service will be as usual at 10:15 am.
